Brazil is one of the largest coffee country producer. The Brazilian coffee spectrum is so vast it is impossible to give roasting notes for all its various variety. My Brazilian of choice, cerrado, is roasted darker than a standard roast, and is prepared as part of a blend throughout the dark color range to the last degree of our roast spectrum(type V)
