Description

Coffee was introduced to Colombia about 200 years ago by missionaries from the French Antilles via Venezuela. many botanical varieties of arabica coffee grown (usually under the shade of banana trees) with the federation of coffee growers of Colombia (the Juan Valdez folks) conducting ongoing agricultural research into creating new and improved varieties all the time. This has had a double-edge effect on Colombian coffee until today. The Colombians shine at medium roast color range. Except on special order and we also do dark Colombian, they are out of the cylinder just as first-oil is about to appear.
